Geoff Abbott is a co-founder of Premier HCM with over 25 years of experience in the payroll and HCM industry. He’s worked for companies of all sizes—from small payroll firms to Fortune 500 providers—giving him a well-rounded perspective on what businesses need to succeed. Geoff is known for his creative problem-solving, consistent follow-through, and strong client relationships. He helped build Premier HCM to offer a flexible, user-friendly platform that supports businesses of all sizes, from startups to large employers. Outside of work, Geoff enjoys sailing, golfing, and attending his kids’ music and dance performances.
